Sunrise Villa, is a non-smoking vacation rental on a beautiful pink sand beach. Features include a two person  clear bottom kayak, You can go snorkeling without getting wet. Also two other single place kayaks and bicycles. This rental villa has a huge deck where you can sit relax and listen to the surf. Built on a point of land, you have a breathtaking view along the beach and out to the sea.

This unique vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are located in wings separated by patio from the main house allowing for your individual privacy. All the bedrooms in this home are non-smoking, large, spacious and each equipped with it's own bathroom. Each room is individually air-conditioned for you to relax in cool comfort when not snorkeling, kayaking or exploring the beaches.

Anyone who enjoys flowers will be very impressed by the fantastic display of blooms produced by the Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, Oleanders and Palm trees on this beautifully landscaped 4 acre sanctuary with 700 ft. on the beach. Cooking and maid service available upon request.

Reservations
  • Cancellation policy:
    Full refund, provided that the week can be rented to another guest.

  • Check in check out times;
    Check-in Time is 3:00 PM. or later.  
    Check-out Time is 11:00 AM. or earlier.
    These must be strictly adhered to so that the maids have
    time to clean and prepare the Villa between guests.

  • Security deposit:
    We also require a separate personal cheque for the refundable security deposit,
    in the amount of $350.00, along with your final payment .
    This will be kept uncashed and returned after your stay.

  • How To Make Your Reservation:
     If you let us know we will hold your reservation for 24 hours while you arrange for your airfare.
    Once you tell us you definitely want the week and are ready to mail the deposit, we will hold your
    reservation for up to 10 days for your deposit cheque in the amount of $400.00 to arrive by mail.
    The balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
    The initial deposit and final payment cheques must be cashiers cheques or bank drafts.

    Because of the high cost of Saturday airfare we now accept Sunday or Monday reservations.
