Why build a specially designed gas grill?

Although the environment in Eleuthera is relaxing, calming and life extending for guests. It is the exact opposite for equipment like barbecues etc. No commercially available gas grill has been able to last more than a few months next to the sea at Sunrise Villa. For that reason our barbecue is custom made not only for durability but for even heat distribution. Allowing the chef to cook his/her specialties evenly all over and to perfection. The lighting system uses a spark generator from a gas stove and an automotive spark plug for ignition in the burner. It is designed not only to provide perfect grilling but last perhaps a lifetime with minimum maintenance as well. The stainless steel is for durability not aesthetics so the main body is aluminum painted black. Stainless steel gas barbeque    Our barbecue has the following parts in 1/8 inch thick    304 stainless steel all electric arc welded. The cooking grate is 3/8 stainless rods. The heat distribution plate is double rows of stainless angle iron. The burner is heavy gage '304' stainless. The entire barbecue frame is also stainless. The body is aluminum painted black. The extra large side tables are finished with white ceramic tile.
